To communicate with the satellites, that provide your location, you need a GPS antenna. A lot of the new and fancy mobile phones, comes with built in GPS - but if your mobile phone doesn't have built in GPS, you can buy a Bluetooth GPS antenna. Sometimes you can find a combo with both software and the GPS antenna.
You can find GPS antennas on the internet - look for webshops that sells accessories for mobile phones.
